The modern Siemens rolling mill is dedicated to the production of titanium and can also roll other metals like Zirconium and Nickel alloys.
The bars, from diameter 7 to 60 mm (= 0.27” to 2.36”), are hot rolled, annealed and cold finished (peeled, ground, polished...) with close tolerances. The bars quality is controlled by Ultra sonic and Eddy current equipment.
TiFast supplies bars and wires according to international standards like ASTM, ISO, AMS, DIN, BS and customers specifications with a special focus on chemistry, mechanical properties, micro-structure and tight tolerances.
TiFast also produces coils in small diameters, from dia 7 to 12.7 mm (=0.27” to 0.5”), hot rolled, annealed, perfect for further processing.
TiFast can supply titanium forged billets up to diameter 350 mm (13.77”).
